Overview

As a UX Designer for the UniFi Network Web App, I focused on simplifying network management workflows and improving usability for IT professionals. My primary challenge was creating solutions that were powerful enough for enterprise users while remaining intuitive for less experienced customers. Working on UniFi and other networking products deepened my expertise in designing for enterprise environments. My contributions spanned SD-WAN Site Magic, network settings (Wi-Fi & more), dashboard, ensuring a scalable and efficient user experience and much more.

Design Leadership & Strategy: Defined and drove the UX vision, aligning cross-functional teams to enhance usability and feature adoption.

Stakeholder & Product Alignment: Worked closely with domain owners and product stakeholders, ensuring that design decisions supported strategic business objectives.

User-Centric Iteration: Leveraged feedback from the Ubiquiti community platform and app distribution platforms (App Store, Google Play) to refine UI/UX improvements.

Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensured that WiFiman’s mobile experience was intuitive and scalable, integrating new features without disrupting existing workflows.

Prototyping & Implementation Support: Delivered detailed interaction designs and flows, working alongside engineers to maintain high-quality execution.
