Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, I led several high-impact initiatives within UniFi Network, including SD-WAN Site Magic, network settings, dashboards, and Client Analyzer.

I owned the work end to end, from framing ambiguous technical requirements to interaction design, validation, and implementation support. The key challenge was making advanced networking capabilities clear for everyday users while preserving the control experts needed.

The features I contributed to—including the dashboard, Wi-Fi & network settings, Client Analyser, and SD-WAN Site Magic — have been well-received, providing users with powerful yet intuitive tools to manage their networks efficiently. The scalable and insight-driven design ensures that UniFi Network can cater to both small-scale users and large enterprise deployments, highlighting my ability to design for diverse user needs.
