Overview

As a UX Designer for the UniFi Network Web App, I focused on simplifying network management workflows and improving usability for IT professionals. My primary challenge was creating solutions that were powerful enough for enterprise users while remaining intuitive for less experienced customers. Working on UniFi and other networking products deepened my expertise in designing for enterprise environments. My contributions spanned SD-WAN Site Magic, network settings (Wi-Fi & more), dashboard, ensuring a scalable and efficient user experience and much more.

Dashboard Redesign: Improved real-time insights, network health monitoring, and data visualization for enterprise-scale ISP networks.
Topology Enhancements: Made massive networks easier to navigate with structured layouts, better grouping, and scalable connections.
Map Visualization Updates: Improved fiber route clarity, connection mapping, and filtering for large geographic deployments.
