As a UX Designer for the UniFi Network Web App, I focused on simplifying network management workflows and improving usability for IT professionals. My primary challenge was creating solutions that were powerful enough for enterprise users while remaining intuitive for less experienced customers. Working on UniFi and other networking products deepened my expertise in designing for enterprise environments. My contributions spanned SD-WAN Site Magic, network settings (Wi-Fi & more), dashboard, ensuring a scalable and efficient user experience and much more.
